Sam van Praag

DIRECTOR

Sam van Praag has an extensive track record in property finance, having served as Co-Founder and Executive Director of Woodbridge Capital, and previously as Co-Head of Private Credit at Merricks Capital. At Merricks, he was instrumental in originating and executing over $1.2 billion in transactions across Australia and New Zealand, spanning real estate, agriculture, and corporate lending. Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington and brings deep expertise in credit structuring, investment analysis, and capital origination.

Samantha Cutts

DIRECTOR

Samantha Cutts has a deep background in capital markets and investment across multiple asset classes, working closely with developers, operators, financiers, and investors. Her professional experience spans the UK, Norway, Sweden, and Australia. Most recently, she served as General Manager of Capital and Head of VC Investments at Jinding, where she led the transformation of funding structures, optimised debt and equity strategies across portfolios, and supported the company's broader growth agenda. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and International Business and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
